Complete ALL FIELDS on this form to be considered as a vendor at the 2018 Budding Tree Yoga Festival.

  • Vendor will receive an 8×8 space and are required to provide all displays for their merchandise. Tables and chairs are provided but there is no electricity.
  • Show hours are 10am – 4pm. Vendors are required to stay for the duration of the show hours.
  • The fee for the day is $65.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid NY State Tax ID number.

    I have read and agree to comply with the standards and rules presented by the Budding Tree Yoga Festival. I understand that violation of any provisions of the agreement is grounds for prohibition from continued selling at the Budding Tree Yoga Festival.
